Omega-9 fatty acids are mainly represented by oleic acid. Its content is about 12%. The content of gondoic acid is almost 27 times lower. Omega-6 fatty acids are mainly represented by linoleic acid (56.259%) and γ-linolenic acid (3.308%). Trace amounts of arachidonic acid (0.011%) were also detected. The omega-6 to omega-3 ratio in the oil is 3.5 to 1. With this ratio, omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids are effectively absorbed by the human body and do not cause side effects.
