Hulled Hemp Seeds with Chlorophyll
Hulled Hemp Seeds
A unique product obtained by dehulling hemp seeds from their outer shell (husk). The kernel has a pleasant nutty flavor and a delicate natural texture. It is rich in vitamins and micronutrients — especially notable for its high content of vitamin E, iron, magnesium, zinc, manganese, calcium, potassium, sulfur, and phosphorus — all of which are easily absorbed thanks to the fatty acids present in the seeds.
Hulled hemp seeds contain a perfect ratio of alpha-linolenic (Omega-3) and linoleic (Omega-6) fatty acids, which are essential and must be supplied through diet. About 75–80% of all fatty acids are polyunsaturated and contribute to immune system modulation, brain development, reproductive organs, kidneys, and skin health.
The kernel contains 35–40 grams of plant protein per 100g, composed of globular proteins — Edestin (65–67%) and Albumin (33–35%) — which are responsible for enzyme formation in blood plasma and antibody production. Albumin binds and transports vitamins, hormones, and trace elements through the bloodstream, thereby enhancing immunity, regulating metabolism, and balancing hormones.
